By placing an order with Shapemory, you agree to the terms below.

Shapemory lets you create personalized photo collages and related custom products using your own photos in our online design editor. Because our products are made to order, all orders are considered final once payment has been completed, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for uploading accurate, complete, and high-quality photos into the editor, and for reviewing your design carefully before checkout. Since you see and approve your own design before paying, Shapemory is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality, blurry, or unsuitable photos you chose to use.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order if the submitted content is inappropriate, offensive, illegal, violates the rights of others, or cannot reasonably be used for the requested design.

Digital products, if offered, are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share our digital files, designs, or content without permission.

The shapes, templates, and artwork used in our designs remain the intellectual property of Shapemory unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

We make every effort to deliver orders on time, but production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, shipping provider delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shapemory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
