By placing an order with Shapemory, you agree to the terms below.

Shapemory creates personalized photo collages and related custom products based on customer photos, instructions, and design preferences. Because our products are made to order, all orders are considered final once payment has been completed, unless otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and high-quality photos, instructions, and shipping details. If the files or instructions you send us are unclear, incomplete, low quality, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested design, the final result may be affected. In such cases, Shapemory is not responsible for issues caused by the submitted materials.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order if the submitted content is inappropriate, offensive, illegal, violates the rights of others, or cannot reasonably be used for the requested design.

For personalized and custom-made products, the final design is created based on the information and materials provided by the customer. Any approved revisions, if offered, are limited to the scope of the original order and the information submitted.

Digital products, if offered, are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share our digital files, designs, or content without permission.

All content, designs, visuals, and materials created by Shapemory remain the intellectual property of Shapemory unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. This includes mockups, drafts, edited visuals, and final design concepts.

We make every effort to deliver orders on time, but production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customer response time, shipping provider delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shapemory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
