All orders are fulfilled through our production partners, including Gelato, from the location best suited for the destination of your order.

Please note that all processing times begin only after we have received the required photos and information for your order.

Design time: 2–4 business days after receiving all photos
Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: 2–7 business days, depending on location

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, destination, production capacity, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipping method available at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
