All of our products are made to order, and many items are personalized based on customer photos, instructions, and design preferences. Because of this, we handle returns and refunds carefully.
If your order has not yet entered the design stage, you may request a full cancellation and refund.
Once you have submitted your photos and your order has entered the design stage, a partial refund may be considered depending on how much work has already been completed. If production has already started, refunds are generally limited to cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For digital products, a full refund may be requested within 14 days only if the final file has not yet been delivered. Once the digital file has been delivered, digital products are non-refundable.
Please make sure the photos and instructions you send us are accurate and of good quality. We are not responsible for poor results caused by blurry, low-quality, incomplete, or incorrect customer files.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shapemorystudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed after we receive the required photos and information from the customer.
Design time: 2–4 business days after receiving all required materials.
Production time: 2–5 business days.
Shipping time: 2–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs, and seasonal demand.
Please make sure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

For personalized products, the final result depends on the quality and clarity of the files submitted by the customer. We reserve the right to decline requests that are incomplete, unclear, or inappropriate for the product style.
All designs, visuals, and content created by Shapemory remain the intellectual property of Shapemory unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or issue a refund at our discretion in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.
